Section Header

A header to help organize the content in your notebook. These show up in the table of contents in your sidebar for quick navigation.

AI Text Block

A powerful section where you can extract details relevant to your business across all the interactions of an account, including communication from all sources (email, chat, Slack, etc), Call Recording, and external or custom data sources like your CRM, Custom Activities, or API.

Generated context will come with citations to where the AI context came from. You have full control to customize prompts to extract the information useful to your business!

Manual Text Block

An area where you can type free form human notes per account & upload images. Best suited for a single long form set of notes, like an account plan or use case summary.

Notes

An area where you can type timestamped human notes. Best suited as a log of meeting notes. Note that if you have a Call Recording integration connected, you will already be able to view all meetings and AI summaries and action items on the Meetings tab of an account page.

Static Text

Add a rich text block that is the same across all accounts. This works like a reusable section header or description.

Analytics

Choose any of your existing analytics graphs, or build you own custom graphs with Custom Dashboards to embed into your notebooks.

Select a set of to prominently display on your account notebook.
