### AI Text Block

A powerful section where you can extract details relevant to your business across all the interactions of an account, including communication from all sources (email, chat, Slack, etc), [call-recording](https://docs.usepylon.com/pylon-docs/integrations/call-recording "mention"), and external or custom data sources like your [crm](https://docs.usepylon.com/pylon-docs/integrations/crm "mention"), [custom-activities](https://docs.usepylon.com/pylon-docs/account-intelligence/activities/custom-activities "mention"), or API.

Generated context will come with citations to where the AI context came from. You have full control to customize prompts to extract the information useful to your business!
