Customize your in-app chat to look how you want

On the in-app chat setup page under Settings, you'll see a lot of customization options for your chat and a preview of what it will look like to your customers.

Styling

You can customize the:

• Background color

• Bubble color

• Logo

• Welcome message on home screen

• Initial message when opening a chat

Because the chat is embedded in your application with code, you can customize things in code well, like the positioning of the chat and other behavior. See the JavaScript API for more details
