Fathom

Connect Pylon to Fathom to ingest call recordings.

Setup

Click into the App Directory from your Pylon dashboard and then click on the Fathom integration to view setup instructions. Press Connect, then sign into Fathom to connect your account. See the Fathom setup guide.

Usage

New Fathom calls will automatically get ingested and associated with the correct account.

Fathom calls will be used as context for Pylon features like Ask AI, Account Copilot, and Account Widgets, and will be visible on the activity timeline for accounts and related issues.
