Welcome Message

Set a Welcome Message so that when new customer users join your customer channel they are welcomed with a customized message. Use it to point customers to help pages or show them how to ask for help with Pylon.

Customize this in Settings > Welcome message (open). Click Send Preview to see how it looks, then Save.
