Pylon helps enable you to run an effective KCS process. When solving issues, they can be quickly marked as needing an article from the Issue Sidebar.
Issues marked as needing an article show up in a queue on the Knowledge Gaps page, allowing you to AI generate an article from them and remove them from the queue.
Pylon will autogenerate topics for common questions you receive that are not covered by your connected documentation.
Knowledge gaps are identified not only by looking at your Pylon Knowledge base, but also any connected documentation sources.
