MCP Connections
Connect first party or third party tools into Pylon's AI.
Enable Pylon's Ask AI, Copilot, and other AI features to interact with other tools, including third party MCPs like Linear, Notion, PostHog, and any other software that supports MCP or your own internal data.
View MCP Connections on the Integrations page or connect an arbitrary external tool.
Usage
Pylon's AI features will now leverage your connected MCPs automatically when providing answers.
In this example, Pylon is drawing context from past support tickets, call recordings, documentation, and connected MCPs like Notion and Linear all in one query.
