Configure

Go to the Knowledge Base tab within Pylon. Then, go the General tab of Settings. Here you’ll be able to configure the name of your knowledge base along with a custom domain.

Styling

On the Styling tab, you’ll be able to add your brand color and configure the content in the headers and footers of the knowledge base. Check out the preview of what it will look like when applied to your knowledge base!

Custom Scripts

On the Code tab, you can inject custom JavaScript into the page. For example, use this to add your own analytics pixel!

Custom Domain

Within the General tab of your knowledge base settings, you can specify a custom domain for your knowledge base. An example of a typical subdomain is help.yourcompany.com or support.yourcompany.com.

Your knowledge base is ready to go - time to fill it with content!
