Test

Testing makes sure you can be confident your AI Agent will behave as you want it to.

Under an Agent's settings, you can select "Test Agent" to simulate how your AI Agent will handle various situations. Send example customer messages in different channels to simulate an interaction and see what resources the Agent uses to handle the interaction, what actions it takes, and what responses it provides. Keep iterating until you're satisfied with the agent's behavior.
