Setup
You’ll need admin permissions in Google Workspace.
The only setup needed is automatic forwarding from your support email to us.
- Visit the Settings Page and go to the Email tab.
- Set your support email in the Receiving Email field.
- Copy the email on the config page and follow the google link instructions to setup forwarding.
- Click
Test
to verify that email forwarding is setup properly.
