The last time this customer sent you any communication.
Use this to identify customers you haven't interacted with recently.
Last Broadcast Sent
The last time a broadcast was sent to this customer.
Use this to track the last time you've sent outbound messaging to the customer.
Customers in Channel
The number of customer users in a channel.
Use this to identify channels with few/no people to make sure you are multithreaded within the account.
Issue Count (90d)
The number of issues this customer raised in the last 90 days.
Use this to get a quick indicator on how much communication and support volume you have with this customer.
