Setup

Visit the Settings Page and look for Issue Custom Fields to set up new custom fields. We have many types of custom fields available: Text, Date, Number, Single Select, Multi Select, and User. Don’t see a field type you want? Please let us know.

If you’d like to sync a field from Salesforce, please let us know the field name in our shared channel and we’ll get that setup for you.
